Shipping Information

Out of Office Hats aims to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day of being placed; however, processing may take up to 3 business days depending on order volume, order size, or other operational factors.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and external factors. Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, but in some cases may take up to 21 business days, particularly for larger orders or during peak periods. These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If an order has not been delivered within 21 business days from dispatch, customers may contact us to request a refund or resolution.

Standard shipping within Australia is free.
International orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 AUD, calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal service delays, customs processing, or public holidays. Out of Office Hats is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.
